Improvement i CBV functionality

If CBV is open and in focus in some tab you can copy active bible reference to eg. OpenOffice by clicking Alt+P. But if another window is active and CBV is beyond in that tab, Alt+P will not work. It just render a beep sound.

Same is true if CBV is opened in an floating window.

One workaround is to open CBV in a very small window:

But I think it would be great if Alt+P (and Alt+C) could work regardless if CBV is open or not. As far as I use my current settings I then can copy and paste single verses or verse selections without having CBV in focus. I think that would be an improvement.

I am in full agreement that would be a great feature thanks for giving me a shortcut (alt + C) did not know that one very useful

It would also be cool if CBV worked like the Help file says it works ie custom syntaxs [8-|]

What exactly do you want CBV to format? there are lots of people here on the forum who've "custom coded" their CBV and I'm sure that they could help you do whatever it is that you'd like to do..

I would love to be able to put the Citation somewhere other than the end of the last verse?

Ok another thing that would be cool is… If you are like me sometimes I like the how a verse is phrased in on one translation better than another… So I go between about four translations… CBV follows me through the verses but not through Bibles, I wish I could set “Bible” to follow so whatever Bible it is following me in it would copy from.

This will be fixed in version 4.0c, and will be included in 4.0c Beta 1 when it's released to beta testers.
