Nope, I haven't. But then again they might just be doing it to a random selection of their Canadian users. Ask Logos if it is legit if you have your suspicions.

I'm glad I didn't receive this survey, as I wouldn't have wanted to go through that ethical dilemma. I probably wouldn't have filled it out, actually. My time is valuable to me and I generally don't fill out surveys ever.
