Works by Maimonides, Nachmanides and Rashi

I can't believe these haven't been suggested before:

• Maimonides (Rambam): preferably all the theological and philosophical works,  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maimonides#Judaic_and_philosophical_works
• Nachmanides (Ramban): the Commentary on the Torah should be the most interesting
• Rashi: the Tanach commentaries

I would also want a really good book comparing Aquinas to Maimonides (I suspect he borrowed quite a bit). Anyone knows of one?
