ISSUES & SUGG: Windows 8 Touch - Resource View

ISSUES:
- Can't select text by touch. Use single tap to start select mode.
- Pinch to zoom for changing font size. (Important for smaller devices.)
- *Very* difficult to reliably hit footnote superscripts (at 120% scaling, with small fingers!). (workaround: Power Lookup)
- No way to exit Reading View. (Workaround: long-press for context-menu and select "Show Information", then access the resource menu.)
- Double tap to switch between full screen viewing mode and normal view. (equiv to IE zoom article on double tap)
- Possibly swipe from top gesture to show tab & header bar???
SUGGESTIONS:
- To ease navigation, add button next to location box that opens a verse picker or table of contents.
- Single-finger swipe left/right change to prev/next article/book/chapter/verse/highlight as defined by setting for prev/next buttons (docked/floating view).
- Two-finger swipe left/right change to prev/next bible/commentary (docked/floating view).

ADD'L ISSUES
- Horz scrolling is inverted. Eg. Open NMCB and size window too small horizontally for the title page. When swiping the view moves opposite of the direction of the swap.
- New panning feature of the interlinear pane doesn't work with touch gestures or digitizer.
- In a resource (esp a bible) if you swipe up to scroll, and then swipe up again while it is still inertia scrolling, it will take off in warp speed to some galaxy far far away. (Uh oh, mixed my Trek/Wars.)
SUGGESTIONS
- Placing some (translucent or invisible?) resizing handles mid-point horz & vert for resizing the panes would be appreciated. Hard to hit the right spot using touch gestures; a bit easier but still tricky using digitizer.
