Does anyone know if this resource contains more biographical sketches than just the ones mentioned under each volume, or does it only contain what is written under each volume?

As far as I know, the titles listed in the short description under each book reflect the contents of the book exactly.

Under Key Features it says "more than 30" and a quick count of the names listed show 30 so . . .
Head over to Google Books and you will find a 4 volume edition published in 1839
