Let us talk about the release day of Hebrew Pronunication!

Anybody knows the release day? I read the following comment:
"I pre-ordered this product in October 2007, almost five years ago as of
this review. The Greek add-in is fabulous and a great aid to Bible
study. While I would like to have the Hebrew add-in now, I know that the
product will not be released until complete and correct! And now I see
some Aramaic portions will also be included. Sometimes a great lesson
such as patience can be learned while we wait. Pre-order and $ave
without worry. Your credit card is NOT charged until the item "ships"
which in this case means "is avaialable for download." The delay to date
indicates the challenge of getting the Hebrew correct. I am rating five
stars because I have faith this will be a quality release you will want
to add to your collection."
Bob talked about that before and he said the product will release soon (maybe half year) but time past already.
L5 is here but not the Hebrew pronunciation?
I hope Bob can answer my question seriously!

I believe the last obstacle is gone, and this product should ship in the first half of next year. (Probably closer to the end of that half.) But that's a guess, not a promise!

Thank you! I am happy to hear about that.

This is an exciting news from Bob. This product can help a lot of seminary student when they start to study the Hebrew. I am a serious learner and the Greek's one help me a lot. I am pretty sure the Hebrew is a great product!

If possible, I encourage Logos to take an approach it took to certain other resources that proved hard to get out the door: release what you have, in increments. Give us the parts that are done/working, and as the rest get done, push that out to folks who bought it years ago. For new customers, keep raising your price as the offering reaches toward full capability.

I agree, this is indeed good news.
For those who are anxious to get started now here is a link to a source that might be of use
http://www.levsoftware.com/bible.htm
The software does NOT use the voices of actual persons but I suspect that the Logos software will also use "electronic" voices. What I find helpful in this software is that it not only helps me in the speaking of Hebrew but also in recognizing the syllable patterns.
There is also a free online software but its limited to one verse at a time
http://www.levsoftware.com/SAV/
Hebrew World sells the complete Hebrew OT narrated by a Hebrew speaker but unless your knowledge of Hebrew is good enough that you can follow the text being spoken it might not be worth your money to buy it
http://www.hebrewworld.com/SpeakingBible.html
Hope this helps.

When is the Hebrew Pronunciation going to release Bob?It seems like you cannot make it in the first half of this year. Am I correct?
Please update us about the progress.

There are still 7 weeks until the halfway mark of 2013. There is still plenty of time for Bob to meet his target date.
Making Disciples! Logos Ecosystem = LogosMax on Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Win11), Android app on tablet, FSB on iPhone & iPad mini, Proclaim (Proclaim Remote on Fire Tablet).

Bob Pritchett said:I looked into this, and it appears we've having problems (again) with the speaker getting started. We'd sent things out, but they never came back. We're going to find someone else, which will delay us.
I've 'kicked' the project again, and hopefully we'll get it going soon.
I'm very sorry for the delay.
Keep Smiling [:)]
