Sudden Crash

I highlighted a sentence of a commentary and tried to add a community note. But the whole Logos 5 just closed all of a sudden. This kind of close out happened once yesterday, even though I don't remember what I did at that time.

Would there be any update of the software soon?

Would there be any update of the software soon?

There are frequent updates to the software, but who knows if that will fix the problem you experienced. If you want to diagnose that specific issue, follow the instructions in "How to ask for help", below. But if it's only happened once, and hasn't happened again, you may not need to worry too much.

I concur with Mark… Updates happen frequently, but you shouldn't wait until then. The issue you are experiencing may be unrelated to any bug in the software, and may rather be a corruption of some user data. Furthermore, you may have discovered a bug which the developers don't know about… In addition to reading Mark's link, you will need to enable and post logs. The links in my signature line will give you updated directions on that.
