Is there any way to work around or any possibility of progressing a change in the current restriction on Catechism of the Catholic Church access for those countries affected by the copyright restriction? I love my Logos and use it many times per day... but for a Roman Catholic, not having full access to the Catechism of the Catholic Church limits the richness of the possibilities enormously.
Praying for a change :-/
Yes, if You buy the resource from someone, or buy a base-package from anyone who ordered the Logos 4 Catholic Foundations base-package more than a year ago when those copyright restrictions didn't apply yet. I did but in April 2013 I already gave away my L4 Catholic Foundations and L5 Verbum Basic base-packages to someone living on a disability income who has only $7 left each month. I had ordered Catholic Foundations on April 19. 2012 and I live in Sweden.
The license transfer fee $20 will apply.
There are currently no other options, and I haven't heard anything about any change coming up:

Try personally contacting your local Council of Bishops as they control the copyright in each section of the world. [may not have the correct title of the group to contact - but someone in your local Catholic Church should be able to help in contacting the correct organization]
We are working on a solution. Hopefully we will have permission for Canada soon. The rest of the world is more problematic, but we are actively working on solving the problem. This is a real priority for us.
Hi Andrew
Sorry - but I couldn't resist taking your sentence totally out of context and reflecting on it[:)]

Wow, I knew that it wasn't available in Canada, but yesterday when this thread was started I looked in my Library and found it was there. How did that happen if you haven't got the Canada permission yet? Mind you, I'm not complaining, just curious.
