Logos will not price match, but they may give you a better deal than the website if you call. Keep in mind that the books in Logos go through a much more intensive process of tagging than do Kindle books. With that said, that is a great deal.

That is a very good book. I picked it up as part of the Zondervan collection when it became available. I also have it in print.

I agree with Edwin. If you don't get it now and are willing to wait, March Madness had it on sale in 2013. I assume it'll be in the running in 2014 but this is a long time to wait.

Peace, Rosie! *smile* Since I didn't have a clue what "rad" meant ........... I looked it up on the internet ......
and am now sharing this with the Forums! Blessings! *smile*
Rad
An abbreviation of 'radical'--a term made popular by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Still primarily used by people on the West Coast who find words like 'cool', 'awesome', and 'tight' to be tired and overused; 'rad' is generally considered to be a much higher praise than the aforementioned superlatives. Also used as a general expression of awe.

rad
really cool, but in a more subtle way. as opposed to extreme or awesome. one of the highest compliments you can give someone. being rad is like being cool without having to work for it. it's like a natural coolness.
she seems quiet at frist, but she's actually pretty rad when you get to know her.
these pro skaters have it all wrong, it should be less extreme and more rad, like it was back in the day.by electric jim Aug 15, 2004 add a video
Rad
the word used to describe something when u must describe it as positively as possible. Rad is the strongest alternative, and stronger than the word, 'cool'

Rad
Shortend form of the word radical, a 100% slang word from the 1980's, used mostly in the past by people from Generation-X (people born in the late 60's early 70's) to describe something that's cool.
Apperantly lots teens today are starting to use it as well, most of 'm probably don't even know that it is a 80's slang word and if they do know, they probably are pretending that it's something of their generation. That's a rad bike you've got.

Thanks, Milford. Bummer, now somebody has gone and edited the subject of this thread so the typo is gone and my comment is no longer funny. Sorry to have made fun of someone's typo, but it was too tempting, since that book really is rad (as in Wiktionary's definition: adj. slang Excellent, short for radical; I prefer that or one of the meta-dictionaries Wordnik or OneLook to Urban Dictionary where it looks like you got yours; it does help get an idea of what a slang word means, and indeed sometimes it's the only place that you can find a definition for some street slang that hasn't made it into a real dictionary; but it's written by all kinds of users who don't know how to write well and/or who lace their definitions with gutter language; there doesn't appear to be any editorial oversight over it).

Well, I did wonder what was going on: whether this was a typo or what. I certainly did not understand what was meant. And then, Milford explains "rad" which word was way out of my league. I may have studied a lot of languages, but I know that I am not even keeping up with my native English and not being on FaceBook I am waaay behind in jargonese and shortcuts such as lol, etc.
