Book cover art is blurry in the library, detail view. It looks fine in the book's info panel. This is true for all books, on both my Macs (running 5.1 SR-1).

Of course we could have the best of both worlds. Get a very fast Mac, and install windows using parallel to run Logos. Hate to contaminate the hardware, so sorry.

Im noticing the blurry book cover effect on Mac as well...
I can confirm this as well. While we are on the topic, there are a number of book in the library preview window that appear really, really small. Almost small enough to defeat the purpose. I almost grabbed a screen shot yesterday, but as I had reported this already sometime back, I decided not to do it again. Just sayin while we are at it...

Interestingly, it looks fine in the tiny thumbnails that are visible in your screenshots of the library grid view and the panel menu icon. I wonder if the image in the library info panel is being generated by upsampling one of those smaller thumbnails rather than downsampling the larger image from the resource info panel?
