I can't get the sympathetic highlighting feature to work for me. I did it exactly like the video on the website, using the exact same Bibles and the NA27. I get nothing. Any explanation?
Thanks John

Which NA27 are you using?
EDIT: Sorry, my question above related to another issue (visual filters).
On the tab, there is a three-circle thing. Check that you have "Highlighting" checked for the resources where you want to see sympathetic highlighting. Second, make sure you select text (click and drag), just clicking on a word (which highlights it in the current resource) doesn't work for sympathetic highlighting.
I just watched the video to see what it might not have explained and your probably right on target here. I was surprised that the video did not show how to make sure sympathetic highlighting had been activated for the resource. One thing to keep in mind is that if you are using it between the NA27 and NKJV and you are highlighting at a variant it will not highlight that word in the other text. It could be very useful for trying to find variant readings!
I can't seem to get this feature to function as described in the blog post either. Using both the NKJV and ESV interlinears, both with sympathetic highlighting turned on, both linked to set 'A' and I can click and drag highlight to seperate words or phrase in both resources and have no effect on the other...
I do not have them side by side but have them opened in my Bible Study layout which has the bibles tabbed in the same section of the template. This shouldn't make a difference, if it does, it needs to be corrected, because it would limit the use of layouts and this feature together...

Yelp, therein lies the problem. Presently they need to be in separate panes. As soon as you flip over the tab it losses the highlighting. I agree and I think Logos has said its a bug they are working on. Try putting the translations side by side for testing purposes and see if the highlighting works.
Yeah Philip, I was just doing that. Works perfectly when opened side by side.... Hopefully this is a bug that is getting corrected, otherwise it will take away from two great features in the layout function and the sympathetic highlighting function...

Agreed. Sympathetic Highlighting is a gem, Logos. Exploit and develop it for all its worth. If you need some ideas, I can help :-)
Not working for me - either in separate panes, or separate tabs. When I click and drag it highlights the English in the other panel, but the Greek does not highlight at all in the interlinear panel - am I misunderstanding what is supposed to happen?

Working occasionally for me.
This is what should happen.
In order for it to work the translation/text you are working with has to have this option in this menu and it must be checked.
If I remember right, there's an issue with one or two of the Libronix Interlinears that may explain this. I wish I could remember which ones they were, or could be more specific. You could try a different interlinear and see if you get that functionality.
You also need to check to make sure that sympathetic highlighting is active for all the resources in which you want see sympathetic highlighting.
Note also that this only works with Logos4 reverse interlinear Bibles and regular interlinears. It does not work with Bibles that don't have any reverse interlinear functions.
