Possible Hebrew Morphology error tag in Exodus 14:5?

In looking up the morphology for 'were changed' in Exodus 14:5, the verb is listed as being a 'niphal' which is correct. However the morph tag lists a 'd' to represent the niphal. Is this correct? Where can one see which morphology is being used and how can one change it. The listed morphology is 'VdW3MS' for the verb 'were changed' Is this correct? Shouldn't the 'd' be an 'n' instead for niphal?

Resources have morphological code tagging. To change morphology, need to change to a resource that is tagged with desired morphology.

Obviously you're using an interlinear—get rid of it if you ever want to be able to read the language.
You got the parsing of niphal from somewhere: Either you recognized it yourself or you read the information at the bottom of the page.
It really doesn't matter if they choose to label the niphal with "#" or "d" or "n" or something else so long as it tells you what it is (I recommend that you learn to recognize the forms).
