First, the Short, i.e., Lewis and Short's Latin Dictionary.
Second, the long of it—we're a LONG way from getting this over the top. C'mon, people.

amo, amas, amat …
With this flat pattern, I think what we need most is for people who bid lower amounts to raise their bids to $24.
C'mon, people.
George,
The bestus thing for me is to actually see you in there pushing a resource! [:D]
Allez-y!
I already bid $38 quite a bit of time ago - I'm still a little unclear on bidding strategy; but if my "bidding betters" suggest otherwise, I'd be glad to bid $200 if need be.

It probably won't make much difference at this point, but if you happen to be an early bidder, avoid bidding too high since that tends to discourage others from bidding.

Yes, if the price goes in three-digit ranges (like back then with the Classic Commentary bundle), however, $38 is the absolute maximum bid on this resource - which would be still a steal, the printed edition (published shortly after WWII and - as far as I could see from the look-into pages some time ago - basically a reprint of the PD version Logos will give us) sells for over $150 at Amazon!
I'm in at $38, too, and would be happy to pay that (not Butters' $200, though).
No wonder my wife asks me to [:#] it at auctions. LOL. [:P]
I never understand these things; I'll just follow what other peeps do. [A]

Peace to all! *smile*
Just raised my bid to 35 U.S. dollars.....

Do you mean to say that they don't give you the option to pay in Canadian dollars? How unfair ! [;)]
You're correct, George! I DO pay in Canadian dollars; however, to communicate to our posters who are from all over the world with the majority from the U.S. ....... I mention a currency that is familiar to all! *smile*
Blessings and Peace, eh?
I DO pay in Canadian dollars;
Hooray for the loonie ! [:D]
