Add to website the date and how we acquired a resource?

In addition to telling us that we own a resouce, would it be possible to also include the date we acquired a resource and also what package/set our license comes from?

I have several resources where I know that I have multiple licenses to them and I'd love to be able to better track when and how I acquired them. This would be very helpful for sets containing large numbers of books.

Whether on the website or not, I would like to be able to see this information inside my Logos Library. I'm currently tracking it using tags, but in some cases I'm not able to tell when or how I acquired a certain resource as it doesn't show up listed in my purchase history, and/or the bundle or base package it might have been part of is no longer sold by Logos.

You are correct, in some cases you can, but it is inconvenient and very limited for those who have made many purchases. It also certainly doesn't give you the details of larger collections or out-of-print resources.

I'd concur with Rosie that I'd like this in Logos itself, but it would also be helpful on the website when researching new purchases.

Not in every case it doesn't. I have many resources that were acquired in old packages or on CD-ROM for instance. Those are not detailed in the Orders screen.

What do you mean? Isn't that exactly what it does do?

No. It lists the date and the files to download each resource, but it doesn't tell you what bundle it was part of. Furthermore, if you owned that resource already (e.g., through a base package or an earlier large bundle that included it) you won't know unless you search that entire Libronix page for other occurrences of it. It's a pain in the neck.

I'm now trying to wade through my entire Master Library Builder purchase from the Christmas 2010 sale. There were 2,010 resources I supposedly acquired through that transaction, but many of them I had already. If it's tagged already in my library as to when I bought it, then I'm OK. But if I have no "Bought: YYYYMMDD" tag for it, then I need to search the whole Libronix page to see if I'd acquired it earlier. Ideally I should just go back to the beginning chronologically and work through my tagging from there, but I've already done most of it, and it's a waste of time to start over again. I just don't know how far I got, but I know I didn't do that Dec 2010 transaction, and it's a huge percentage of the remaining resources that I haven't tagged yet. So I'm starting with that even though it's a pain.

EDIT: Furthermore, the order numbers on the Libronix page do not always correspond to the order numbers on the Order History page (https://www.logos.com/account/orders/history). For example, I upgraded to Logos 4 Portfolio Edition JG on Oct 6, 2011 (order #1149723). But there is no mention of that order number on my Libronix orders page, so no way to find out what new resources I acquired with that upgrade. It's all very confusing.
