I'm pretty sure that Logos knows everything about you they need to. This survey seems targeted to the nominal user that Logos would love to bump up into becoming a heavy user like you. 

It's the stuff like "birthday" that bugs me. Your name, birthdate, and literally just one or two additional pieces of info is all that is needed to find out on whom you had your first grade-school crush. I understand why "they" want these metrics, and it isn't all bad, but it can be easily misused. I'm sure I don't have to explain why the "it's for Logos's eyes only" schtick is meaningless...it's Not Seriously Accepted.

Presumably the picture can be of anything we choose, and not specifically of us yes?

In the meantime, you can try checking the completion percentage in a different web browser or clearing your cache (advanced browser users). Also, make sure you remember to upload a profile photo.

Hi David,

Once the credit has been added to your account, you can adjust your account settings so that the credit is applied to the first pre pub to go live. 

You can adjust your account settings via the tab entitled, 'Credit' as per the screenshot below.

I can't seem to complete my profile. Have done on more than one browser, have done the photo. Am not getting a percentage so have no idea.

Maybe my profile is complete, but when I went back to check the survey to make sure IT was complete, I get routed back to question 47. So I filled in the last 3 questions again. Press last "Next" & it says Survey Complete. 

Go back & double check to ensure survey is complete... routes me back to question 47 again... but THIS time when I click "Next", it tells me survey is down for maintenance... try again. So I try again. Last time it was over profile completion, now it's over survey completion but I'm still stuck in Groundhog Day... (Bill Murray movie, for those not surrounded by USA culture)
