synchronization in progress

Hello, I have a macbook pro, running logos 5. I downloaded my upgrade to platinum.

I think everything downloaded and indexed correctly. But logos continues to sync. It has been going on for hours. The two arrows next to layouts goes in circles. When I place the cursor over the circular arrows, it continues to say "synchronization in process." This doesn't seem normal. Help please!

I just checked your upgrade has 1370 resources it should take some time to download.

I only have bronze, and it was hours to download it. After you have it downloaded your mac will need to run the index program also.

this does take some time and it will use most of your CPU power to do this, this is normal.

Thanks Lee! I appreciate your help. Is synchronization downloading and/or indexing? I am pretty sure that earlier this week everything was downloaded. There was also a time when Logos told me it was indexing. I thought synching was something that updated my other devices. If syncing is part of downloading and indexing, then I will just be patient and let it run all night and see what happens.

Is synchronization downloading and/or indexing?

It is neither - it syncs the documents & guides that you create/update. The logs should help us identify the culprit.
