It has been interesting to see the climb in numbers on the forum here. Certainly not all are regularly active, but it appears far more usage than on at the old forums. (as much as I like usenet style news)
I agree that the forums are apparently more accessible. But a few things like "mark everything read" are still missing from the core. In fact that one feature would help me return here more often. Or at least make me feel less guilty about long absences.
Yes, the lack of an overall "mark all posts read" is a serious flaw in the current implementation. I, too, would visit and post more often if it could be rectified.
I agree, it would definitely make browsing these a little easier. Plus, if they could figure out why there's issues browsing this on the iPhone, that'd definitely help as well.
