Bible Facts empty

Hi, when i open up my bible facts nothing turns up, nothing at all, even when i try to search for references/people/places, nothing turns up at all.

When i try to use faithlife study bible, some maps when pressed, just show no illustrations available.

Anyone can help me?

What base package do you own (e.g. L4 Scholar's, L5 Bronze), or which Crossgrade did you purchase?

How did you install Logos 5? Did you have a download of resources followed by indexing?

Sorry, I didn't purchase any base packages, just items here and there.

I installed L5 online. Yup, download of resources followed by indexing.

As a minimum you need the Logos 4 Minimal Crossgrade to get Bible Facts & some other datasets you will need. Note that it provides People, Places and Things, which are the most important features of Bible Facts, whilst Events requires the Logos 5 Minimal Crossgrade or a Logos 5 base package.

Have a look at http://wiki.logos.com/Upgrade_or_Crossgrade to see what is required for other features.

You need the Bible Facts (Places) for those to work.

I should mention that you can get Events with the cheaper Logos 5 Core Datasets.
