I'm trying to select text from the Thematic Outline. I can't select anything. The only thing I can do is send the whole outline to word, ect. I don't want the whole outline. What's going on? In the past I was able to select text.

Logos 5.2 SR3 has an option for copying an entire thematic outline in Sermon Starter Guide:
While unable to highlight segments, noticed can click on every verse reference.

I used to do it all the time. I know this because when you copy to Word using the copy tool at the top of the outline, every single scripture reference is expanded. When you select, you can (or could) select just the phrase in the outline with the scripture references alone (not expanded).
I don't like the whole outline. It's cumbersome, particularly if the outline is long.
Nothing happens when I right click the section bar.
Expand the desired Thematic Outline Right click on the section bar
Section bar right click does nothing. However, right click within an outline reveals Logos 5.2 SR3 has a bug since cannot Select All nor Copy:

BUG: Logos 5.2 Select text from Thematic Outline in the SSG
The steps I listed above work exactly like I said they do. Click video link below

And if you click on the hyperlink to the right of the head word, you copy only that section. (Note the cursor placement. You won't see the hyperlink until you hover the cursor over it.)
Both methods work. Depends what you want to do.
Thanks for the video. That does give me just the scripture references, not the expanded scripture references.
However, the process still gives me the whole section outline, which I don't want. And not only that, I am given the outline titles of all the other sections, including the full outline of the sections I've expanded.
Not all guide sections support select/copy, as you've discovered. The only other workaround is to open the Dictionary of Bible Themes, which is where the SSG gets its data from. You'll then be able to select/copy to your heart's content.
