Is there any way of deleting a free resource after downloading it On an iPad In the Logos App?

It depends upon what you mean by "delete" and "free resource."

If you mean by delete: "remove the downloaded file to free up space," then yes. If you mean "remove it from my library so I don't see it again" then no... Unless you use the "hidden" book feature in L5 OR you contact Logos and ask them to remove the license from your account.
If by "free resource" you mean the free ones which come with the app... No. You are stuck with them.
