Sorry to hear you are having problems but please provide a few more details:

Do you mean you can no longer see anything when in the library panel or that the books you had downloaded are no longer downloaded?
are you still using the same credentials to log in to the app?
are you online when you see this?

Sorry to hear of your frustrations but just in case the reassurance helps...

Your library is still there - if the worst comes to the worst you can still download it providing you log into your account at Logos.

Though I thought that Logos had put in place programming that stopped the loss on updating Apps.

What account are you using? It appears you recently created a new account - doing so will not transfer your resources from a previous account.
