The top line is much too crowded. I previously advocated removing Browse to make more space by having Prioritize work as a toggle. It's time this was done. You could also eliminate the three icons for Library format and have a drop menu.I will create a case for this suggestion.

See below. Note that Library is in a panel and Logos is full screen (1366x768)

Prioritize has been implemented to work as a toggle button in 5.2a Beta 4.
