Cannot download Bet Moore 13 Free Books to iPad

I installed the Vryos App and set up account. I sed a different email address when prompted as I was already registered with logos and did not know they were connected. I am able to select "download all 13 books". They show in my logos/Vryos cart. am I not able to "submit" order without credit card information?

Yes, from what I have read you do need a credit card or a pre-paid credit card for like $5.00 as alabama24 suggests getting at a retailer

Here are your options:

If you WANT separate accounts (which would segregate Logos & Vyrso resources... they would never see one another... they would not be available in each others apps) do nothing but add a credit card to your account.
If you want only one account (everything will be mixed in together... that is how most users have it set up) you can call Logos and merge the accounts.
If you set up a Vyrso account but have not made any purchases, simply delete the Vyrso app and redownload it. Use your Logos credentials when you sign in. On the Vyrso website, "sign out" and sign back in with your Logos credentials.

Why do the Beth Moore books not appear on Verbum, but all the other Apps? My other books appear in Verbum.

I have read a number of posts recently where users are finding one or more of the apps not recognizing newly purchased resources. I have not experienced this personally. If a shut down of the app & full shut down of the device doesn't fix it... you might try deleting the app. NOTE: you will have to redownload any resources which you have previously downloaded.

Why do you need to uninstall Vyrso? Is there a way to bring the sign-in screen again?

No. You must delete and reinstall.

Yes, I had to Delete App then her books appeared. I only download a few books because of problems like this.
