LOGOS seems unbalanced in being Non-Denominational

Most Christians would agree that Catholic is is not based on the Bible.
At last count there are more Catholics then the total of all others that call on Jesus.
So if most means 50% + one, then most Christians are Catholic.

Sorry, I only just noticed this.
Since you also posted in this thread on Feb 03, 2013, we might have reason to doubt your truthfulness.
phil stilliard said:So Catholic books in logos should be clearly marked as such.
Do you really believe that Logos users are so gullible and stupid that they must be protected from any material except that which meets your approval?
phil stilliard said:No I I am no trying to be clever.
That's good, because you are not being clever. This is nothing more than a blatant attempt to resurrect an old debate in order to create a new argument.

I just wanted to thank the Logos community for being such a fantastic place to study the Word of God! I have found these forums to be a model of how Christians of all denominations, Protestant, Orthodox, Catholic, etc., can work together and help each other and deepen in the understanding of the Word of God. For that, thanks you Logos / Verbum community! [{]

I can echo that thought. While I am for the most part quiet in the forums. I have been seeing the same. I am very thankful for the forums and the way people, no matter what background, can share the love Christ imparted to believers. Thank you every one for sharing and helping.

You think you are in a position to speak on behalf of most Christians? Please. [:#]

Hi Jack,
I in no way want it to appear as if I am defending Phil's statement, because I am not. It was way out of line. However, I think that you misunderstood a couple of things that he said. I'll try to clarify.

I believe that when he said that he had "just noticed this" it was in reference to the post directly below his post on February 3rd and not this particular thread.

Once again, the word "clever" was probably used here in reference to the post directly below his on February 3rd.

Jack thanks for the post, I haven't posted in awhile in the forum...even though I have used Logos since the Libronix and pre-Libronix days. Just get sick of the whole in fighting on the matter. The enemy must have a field day watching God's children fight over things like this. We can have an opinion, but if it doesn't glorify the Father than best to be quiet.
In Christ,

Well, what do you think?
I think your post is far beyond the bounds of forum rules as laid down here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/10072.aspx
You may want to find another place on the web to discuss these issues, as this forum is intended for discussing the usage of Logos 5 software.
Have joy in the Lord!

sorry I just read the rules, please delete my last post, I do not want to cause offence.

When it is too late to delete a post, what several forum users do is edit it to read <deleted by author> - a trick that is useful in many circumstances.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Things are much better on these forums now. Some of the most annoying ones seems to have disappeared. Just an occasional troublemaker now.

Thanks Jack, kind of seen that in recent months that a lot of the annoying ones have gone dormant or are gone. Trying to catch up on things....
