Ok, my question is: What does his work contribute to the ones contained already in my Logos library? e.g. Geisler, articles in Bible Handbooks like Halley, Holman's, ESV Study Bible and others.

Assume you mean Stanley Porter. He probably has a different approach as he seems more versed in the language than those other authors you mention. I have some of his other works, and find them quite good. Looking forward to this one next week—assuming it does not slip.
