Tagging and multiple computers

Hi,

I tagged a bunch of resources on my home laptop (Mac) and when I opened up Logos (actually Verbum) on my work laptop, I couldn't see the tags I had entered at home. Are mytags specific to each computer? If so is there a way to get mytags from one computer to another?

Mike,

it seems your question doesn't relate to RefTagger (a tool for websites which can display the bible text if you see the reference on the page) but to tagging resources in your library. If so:

I assume you use the same Logos user ID - and thus: licence and library content - on both machines. AFAIK, mytags should sync (otherwise many collections wouldn't work).

Are you running both laptops with Use Internet set to Yes and automatic updates at any time?

Did you close Logos on the Mac in order to force a sync?

If both yes, there might be some information to be gained from logos.log files from both machines (see Diagnostic Logging on the wiki)
