How do I setup a reading plan for The Didache: A Window on the Earliest Christians, by O'Loughlin? Normally what I do works great, but in this case Logos wants to limit my reading plan to pp. 161-171, the body of the Didache, but won't cover the rest of the book.
Any thoughts?
