Recently when I attempt to open the Logos app on my desktop a window sometimes pops up stating that an upgrade is required, even though I already did this several weeks ago (I have Logos 5). But in these instances the program won't open otherwise so I go through the motions of "installing" the upgrade, only to be told that my version is up-to-date.
After this happened the first time I followed the Troubleshooter's directions to right-click and adjust the Compatibility Mode, which seemed to work even though I had to select Windows 7 and I have Windows 8. It seemed to work and I've been able to use the program several times since then, but today it won't open again and compatibility is where I left it. I could try simply restarting the computer but even if this works for now I don't want to have to do this every time this happens.
