Bug with copy and paste function into pages

With recent upgrades to Mavericks or newer version of pages, the copy and paste function does not paste directly into pages. It will copy and and will allow me to manually go to pages and then paste into the document. Still allows me to copy and paste into proclaim and word etc.

Welcome to the forums Edward!

This is an issue with pages. A quick google search should reveal other such issues. You should still have the old version in your applications folder if you'd like to use it. Hopefully Apple will release an update sooner than later.

Thanks. I figured so. Same thing with keynote etc
