Here is a brief review.

    I've been using this text in my 2 Hebrew courses at Southern Seminary, taught by Garrett himself. It's a good text, with very few typographical errors - which can really mess up a language student. The workbook is good, too. A very challenging course of study - 41 chapters in 2 semesters.

    Not referring to his book (but another prominent text ...) there is nothing more irritating than a long list of vocabulary and verb forms littered with unobvious errors. Try ploughing through that! [:S]
