I am seeing the same thing, no ICC and no Paul and the Faithfulness of God. My resource count has gone up, but I have not had opportunity to work out what is available and what is still outstanding (beyond ICC and the NT Wright volume).
ICC resources not appearing in iPad App

I bought the Anglican package that included the 59 vol ICC set. The last 5 volumes downloaded to my Pc and were added to my library yesterday. But they are not appearing in my iPad/iPhone app, nor in biblia.com. It is the same in the Verbum app, the Vyrso app, and the Faithlife Study Bibe app. I have tried to exit app and restart. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled. The same result. Can someone help me get access to the resources on my iPad?

I bought this volume through prepub and it downloaded fine to my iPad - I think it took about a day to become available on mobile.
So this may be something to do with the new bundling.

It is more than 24 hours since the volumes download to my computer. Still not available in iPad/iPhone App or on biblia.com...

I am similarly unable to access either ICC or Paul and the Faithfulness of God via mobile or Biblia and wondered if it might be related to the original unlock issue. As such, I have flagged this issue on this thread,
