Book Request: The Greatness of the Kingdom by Alva J. McClain

I saw that somebody else requested this book a while back but I thought it wouldn't hurt to request it again. It is on top of the recommended resource lists in many circles, including The Master's Seminary, and I was surprised not to find it available with Logos. In my opinion, it is the defining work on the Kingdom of God and would be made much more accessible in the Logos system.

He was the president of the seminary during the brief time I was at Grace College. Of course, I had the print edition of the book.

I'm doing a paper where I could really use the Romans commentary by McClain, and The Greatness of the Kingdom. I would love to have all of McClain's works available in Logos.

loved the first half of the book, but once he goes into the NT, the triple postponement theory combined with the pretrib rapture conclusion was a little much for me... still love to have it in logos though. Classic quote on hell:

"The strange notion that the devil is the king of hell has no basis in divine revelation. God is the King of hell, just as He is the King of everything else in time and space. And because this is so, that everlasting prison-house of the lost will not be the noisy and disorderly place that is sometimes imagined by the popular mind. There is no more orderly place than a well-disciplined prison, even under imperfect human government. There will be no riots in hell. For all those who reject the mercy of God in Christ and recognize no final argument but force, there will be force without stint or limit, the force of a divine government from which there can be no escape, either now or hereafter." (p. 25)

McClain's book, Greatness of the Kingdom, (as well as the rest of his corpus of work) very much needs to be pushed near the top of the list for new logos projects. The absence of this book in my logos library is a glaring one.

Did you know that there was a series or articles in Bib Sac Journal from 112:445 (Jan 55) p. 12 to BSac 113:450 (Apr 56) p. 112 by Alva J McClain that formed the basis of his later book. I compiled this in a personal book. Of course there articles are greatly condensed as compared to his book.

It has been more than seven years since this thread was started and Logos still hasn't published McClain's books, nor replied here to explain their position. Is it a BHM issue?
