Notes Sync Maintenance

We are currently performing maintenance on Notes sync. Changes made to notes documents will not be synced until the maintenance has been completed. You may see the yellow triangle on your sync icon during this time. I'll update this post once we have finished.

FYI: you will see the message "an error occurred during synchronization" while this is taking place

All of our sync services should be running right now - what problems are you seeing with Logos? If you post your logs to the forums, it will help us diagnose what the problem is and resolve it for you.

Same problem.

Probably not. If Logos were performing sync maintenance, they would create a thread for it. I am not seeing any sync errors... which means that that the issue isn't universal. You might want to create a new thread explaining your issue and post logs.

The same exact picture that Doc posted above. The cause might be different, but the same problem. I'll try to turn logs on.

I got the log file, zipped it up, got half way through writing that new post and ... boom it started syncing.

If someone fixed it behind the scenes - many thanks!
