Occasional Blurred Panels
This week I have been noticed an intermittent blurring of Logos 5 panels. It seems to be occurring only on secondary or floating panels. The blurriness does not happen all the time, and I only started to notice this a few days ago. I has happened 2 or 3 times this week, including today. I have screenshots of the blurry panels and of what the panels look like normally.

I thought it was my vision going south, but these screenshots indicate it's either Logos 5 or my computer. Anyone ever experienced this ?

No. I haven't seen this before. It is obviously a video rendering issue.
Did you open the guides the same way in each case? Was the first one opened as the part of a saved layout, or when waking-up a laptop from 'sleeping' or 'hybernation?'
When you get the 'blurry' results, what happens if you dock the floating panel? What happens if you close the floating panel and open a new one?
Logos is very video intensive, so it is not unreasonable to see this with Logos and not elsewhere. But have you seen this or something similar at other times?
My initial thought is that the video card isn't keeping up with what's going on. I'd suspect that either something video-intensive was going on in the background on the first screen, or the video RAM is being overtaxed, or the video rendering hardware is overtaxed or overheated, or something along those line. In other words, my first suspicion would be a hardware (or possibly hardware driver) problem--not Logos. But I'll admit I'm guessing.

Yes, the floating panels are part of an existing saved Layout that I use often.

I don't remember trying to dock a panel back to the main L5 program window, but I will try that next time it happens. When I close a blurry panel and open it back up, the panel is blurry (but not the main L5 program window with several panels; this main window is normal looking)

That was my initial guess too. However, I suspect it is L5 related since the main program window never looked blurry, and my browser (Firefox 29.x) never looked blurry either. Although my GPU is old, it's not a lowest end card. It's a Radeon HD 5670 with 1 GB DDR5 memory.
I'm also thinking that it could be related to all the recent Windows 7 updates from Microsoft. Don't know, but it's an interesting intermittent issue when I use L5.

That's similar to my system (I have a Radeon HD 5770). So it's not the card spec's that are the problem.
But if it's an old card, and you haven't blown the dust out of your system in a while (I mean literally: take the computer outside and blow out the dust with a can of clean air or a vacuum running backwards), it could be overheating, which could cause this. Note that if this is the case, it's just a matter of time before you see worse video rendering issues.
Again, I'm just guessing because I've not heard of this particular issue before and have no idea what else could cause it.
