Consistently, on any view I've tried to this point, the Explain the Screen button results in Windows telling me Logos has stopped working and needs to be closed.

Perhaps you could try updating graphics and audio drivers?
Can you post a screenshot of a layout wherethis happens?
Does Read Aloud work? IF you search your computer for "Text to speech" and in that tool hit "preview" does it sound alright or do you get an error?
Thanks, both, for your responses. It turns out that I had some other major issues going on wherein several drivers had become corrupted. I was forced to do a system restore to get my network drivers back and that seems to have restored the Logos help functionality as well.
