The lastest upgrade was installed and now Logos wil not sign in.

I am using a Win 8 system, never any problems with updates. Any suggestions?

Have you rebooted the computer? If that does not help, upload logos using the instructions found here. http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

The log has no entry for the date I installed this update. Will watch vid and see if that helps.

Does the sign in window say that Logos cannot connect to Logos.com or that the Email/Passowrd are unrecognized?

No Tommy, the window has the same icon that indicates (rotating) the program is trying to sign in.

I had a similar problem and called support. Here is what they had me do:
- Make sure all Windows updates had been installed - mine were.
- Go to the LOGOS.COM web page.
- Under the SUPPORT heading choose the install option for WINDOWS. Since all files already were downloaded, the "reinstallation" went relatively fast.
- They next had me restart, but to choose to the option to restart LOGOS from the icon (not from the Start Screen) with a blank screen.
Everything seemed to work well after that. Perhaps Tommy or someone else from the support team can look at my support notes from this afternoon to insure I did not miss a step.
Hope this advice makes sense and helps.

Yes. It will either install Logos or just upgrade it.
