I came across this message today. My question is what is the best way to get the resource back into my library if I'm not sure where it could be?
BTW: The resource is "New Paradigms for Bible Study: The Bible in the Third Millennium"
Thanks.
Erwin, I only have a few moments left...I saw your question and will try to give you an answer before I go "out the door". You no longer need this resource, so it has been removed...you see, the Third Millennium has just begun and apparently you've been left beh

Thanks David;
Lol. Well, I no longer NEED my paper and leather Bible since I have Logos, however, I would like the option to give it away rather than for it to just disappear. [:)]
Bump
Anyone have any ideas what could have happened here, and how to get it back?
I assume you tried "update resources"? If that didn't pick it up, I'd call Logos.
Did you check in your Hidden Resources list under Program Settings?
FYI I have this resource in my library, and it is still there. I am all caught up on my updates. I would call logos. Good luck!!
Thanks MJ; Yes, I did try that. It's probably time to give Logos a call. I thought it may have been something simple to fix without a call.
Thanks Rosie; Yes, I looked there, and nothing to be found.
Be sure you have your Third Millennium password handy when you call...

Thanks Mathew; Would you happen to know the file name?
Because the file may be corrupted, causing the problem, I still recommend "update resources" which is a slow verification process.
I'll try again, this time without specifying a location. It's not a book that I currently read, but the error message is on my mind. I'm used to the message "You don't have a license to view this resource", but not the one I'm currently getting.
Thanks
Update resources does not take a location - it compares against the Logos servers. Are you confusing it with scan? (Or am I confused?).
Yup, I confused it with "Scan". [:$]
I just finished the "Update Resources" a few minutes ago. It took about 10 minutes and downloaded somewhere around 100MB. Had to restart, but same results. I did log on to the Logos main website and noticed that the resource is not grayed out. I have to wait until Monday to contact Tech Support (they are closed now).
Now I'm wondering if it was a resource I owned in L4 at one time but changed. Back in that time, I changed packages several times (from Bible Study to Silver, to Portfolio, back to Platinum, to L5 Platinum, then to Diamond).
Yes, if you returned resources (dropped base level) that would be a reasonable explanation.
It was part of an unlocked collection that was returned (so now the resources in that collection are no longer available).
It's available for standalone purchase: https://www.logos.com/product/7089/new-paradigms-for-bible-study-the-bible-in-the-third-millennium
to Portfolio, back to Platinum
This resource is in Portfolio.
to Portfolio, back to Platinum This resource is in Portfolio.
I understand now, The 2 different notification messages ("Resource no longer in library" and "You don't have a license") led me to believe that something was wrong with my library.
Thanks to everyone who assisted me in resolving and clarifying this issue.
