This could perhaps be described as a UK-based equivalent of Themelios and is available free online.

John Piper highlighted it yesterday.

Recent contributors include Craig Blomberg, Kevin DeYoung, Paul Helm, Derek Thomas and Robert Letham.

The editorial team is quite impressive:

Iain D Campbell (Free Church of Scotland, Point, and Westminster Seminary), Bob Fyall (Cornhill Training Course (Scotland)), David McKay (Reformed Presbyterian Church of Ireland), Dan Strange (Oak Hill College, London),  Ted Turnau (Anglo-American University, Prague & Wales Evangelical School of Theology), Keith Walker, (Director, SIM-UK), Garry Williams (The John Owen Centre, London Theological Seminary) and Peter Williams(Tyndale House, Cambridge)

Would be nice to have it in Logos!

Affinity seems to be the publisher (a rebranding of the former British Evangelical Council), the magazine seems to be called "Foundations".

Given the availibility in html and the copyright notice

"Readers are free to use it and circulate it in digital form without further permission (any print use requires further written permission), but they must acknowledge the source and, of course, not change the content."

I believe it's possible to make these easily into PBs. If I were to go for it, I'd use Logos' sermon template to get an automated index on the way.
