Notes and Footnotes Popup Window

When I hover over a note icon or a footnote number in my open Bible a box pups up with the content of that note or footnote. Now sometimes that note/footnote contains a Bible reference. On a mobile device it is easy to access that reference since the popup box can be made to stay on your screen. So I just hover over the reference and I can quickly read it - one tap and all is back to normal (popup boxes disappear). How can I do that on a Mac desktop with Logos 5? Is there anyway to make the popups stay on my screen?

You may try clicking the footnote or reference instead of moue-over. At least that's how it works on Windows.

Thanks, clicking works for footnotes and references belonging to the Bible. But clicking on a note icon opens the note.

Correction: clicking on a reference opens that reference. For example a linked bible reference in a lexicon opens the Bible in that location.
