Highlighting across multiple Bibles?

I am using highlighting which saves to a notes file so I can highlight and take notes. Here is an example of highlighting in the RSVCE2:

However, when I go over to the NRSV, I see this:

Is it possible for highlighting to show up across multiple Bibles?

Highlighting by definition is a note "by selection." When you highlight, you select the surface words, phrases, or even single characters. What you are asking (as many others have also done!) would be fundamentally different. Such highlighting could be done 1) by lemma or 2) by reference... but that would be a different feature than the current implementation which is like "highlighting in a book."

When you make your highlight, right-click and be sure you choose 'Reference' and not 'Selection'. This is the only way to get the highlights to show up across versions.

As I said in my post, highlights by definition are notes "by selection" rather than "by reference." You can not make highlights appear in more than one translation. Your answer is correct, however, in how to make other notes appear in multiple translations.
