Resource won't show up on certain devices

Hello, I'm having an issue with getting my NA27 on my iPad and laptop. I have it on my iPhone, but for some reason, it does not show up in my resources for my laptop or iPad. It would be one thing if it didn't download (that would be a different problem), but the resource doesn't even show up as available in my library (except on my iPhone). I've tried searching for it multiple times, but I cannot find it for the life of me. I am connected to the internet, and I have Logos 5 on both devices.

Are you sure you are using the same account on all devices?

I am connected to the internet, and I have Logos 5 on both devices.

Logos 5 only runs on desktop machines; the current version of Logos for iOS is 4.3.4 .

To clarify slightly Simeon: "Logos 4" and "Logos 5" are desktop applications and do not run on mobile devices. The build number of the current mobile app is 4.3.4... but that isn't "Logos 4," nor would a mobile app of 5.x.x be "Logos 5."
