Logos practice of hyperlinking footnotes

In <Goldsworthy, Graeme. Preaching the Whole Bible as Christian Scripture: The Application of Biblical Theology to Expository Preaching. Grand Rapids, MI; Cambridge: William B. Eerdmans Publishing Company, 2000.> the following footnote is not hyperlinked. I have the book being referenced and so I expected to be able to click the footnote and follow the link. Is that feature only for certain books?

The most likely scenario is that Preaching the Whole Bible as Christian Scripture was released in Logos before the book to which it links. Many times books are left in the state as they were when they were first digitized in Logos, despite the books they are supposed to link to being added to the store. They may sometime in the future find an automated way of updating and hyper-linking but if they do I think it will certainly still take a while before it's invented.

You can report missing hyperlinks using the Report Typo tool. Click on the footnote marker to bring it up in "sticky" mode. Then select the text where the hyperlink should be (title of the book, generally), then right click on your selection and choose Report Typo from the pop-up menu.

Then type "missing hyperlink" or some such into the comments field, and click Submit.

The most likely scenario is that Preaching the Whole Bible as Christian Scripture was released in Logos before the book to which it links.

The two books were actually released at the same time in a bundle and are not yet available for individual resale, but that was a great suggestion.
