Dynamic Pricing off of Pastor Appreciation Deal Rate?

Does anyone know if dynamic pricing on pastor appreciation deals comes off of the FULL price or the DEAL price?

Today's deal is the New Testament for Everyone series. I own 16/18 of the resources. Is the dynamic price I am seeing today the same as the price tomorrow, or does it take into consideration the pastor appreciation price? Do I need to enter a code?

Normally dynamic pricing is based on the deal price. If your price is around $15.5 then it is. (I have all 18 so can't see for sure)
