ESV: Error Loading Book

Hi,

I've waited for a few days before posting this but it appears there's a problem (not sure if it's only me or not) to load ESV in the Logos iPad app. This is the online version and not purchased/download.

What OS?
What version of the app?
What device?
Have you tried a different internet connection?
Have you tried doing a full restart of the device?
Have you tried reinstalling the app?
Have you changed your password recently?

I have been having the same problem. IPad Air with the latest iOS 8 updates. Online ESV used to work and I used it all the time, now I get an error and the book will not load. I miss using the app for my studies.

1. iOS 8.1, error appeared in iOS 8 as well. It used to work fine in iOS 8 as well but a couple of days ago the error started popping out for ESV Bible

I am often reluctant to suggest people reinstall the app because they may have large note files and large downloaded libraries. In your case, since you don't own a base package, I would go ahead and try deleting and reinstalling the app. Can't hurt.

I have the same problem, it works now that I have re-installed, but for Logo's use here are these answers:

What OS? 8.0
What version of the app? most recent
What device? iphone 5S
Have you tried a different internet connection? yes, it was over LTE
Have you tried doing a full restart of the device? Yes, worked for a while then didn't
Have you tried reinstalling the app? now I have, and it
Have you changed your password recently? No I didn't

The issue might be related to limited storage space, as I keep the margin's pretty tight on my phone. It seemed to possibly be related to the addition of audio?

Somehow ESV loaded today, I'll let you'll know if it stops working again
