Total 3 books are missing/not downloaded when I bought Master Bundle XL
1. Exploring the New Testament, vol. 1: Gospel and Acts, new ed.
2. Exploring the New Testament, vol. 2: Letters and Revelation, new ed.
3. Theology of the Old Testament: Testimony, Dispute, Advocacy
Logos will honor them. Have you tried Update resources in the Command box to see if it was a matter of giving time for licenses to sync across servers?
I did and plus those resources' "add to cart" buttons are not grayed out

Problem solved
There are two different editions of these books, and Logos sell both editions. It often catches people out.
