I've upgraded to L6 Platinum, but About Logos is still showing that I own v5 Platinum. It looks like an error.
Your correct version should be listed right under the 'Tech Support Information'.
The block with your name and account info in it will have your highest package level listed, and in some cases may list the one you bought first.

I don't think Logos updated this information. Mine is out-of-date, too. At some point I imagine they will. (It must be getting more complicated to do when folks own a number of different base packages, as many do today.)

True. I have both L6 Platinum and L5 Biblical Languages, so it can get confusing quicker.
Logos may need to think out how they wish to implement this in L6. They could do it one of three ways:
1. Eliminate the information altogether (although I'd miss it).
2. Only pull from the L6 Primary Base Collections (Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc) as the one that shows.
3. Find a way to list all Base Collections owned and the highest at each Level (such as if a person owned L6 Platinum, L5 Biblical Languages, L5 Baptist Diamond, etc.) with a big "UPGRADE" button to take us to the Logos upgrade page if we want to expand. :-)
Can confirm mine shows Portfolio GK, which is accurate.

As I remember before, Logos decided to display the highest package. That's why portfolio is displayed. In case when you upgrade to the same package level, Logos should definitely display latest one.
I was curious if there might be a difference where people ordering from Logos.com are getting the new collection name to show up faster than those ordering from a rep, but I guess that blows what I was thinking out of the water. :-)
Yeah, it should be displaying L6 Platinum. I guess it's just a bug the team will need to address. There's also a bug where it sometimes shows I don't own certain resources in the upgrade page, but those resources are grayed out at Logos.com showing I own them (I'm not referring to commentaries either, one was the Pseudepigrapha).
