i must say, shame on logs for not wanting to take the time to help me solve this issue. I down the window service pack like I was told. However still said I did not have service pack. I am very dispoint with logos over this.
Danny, you seem to have already talked to someone at Logos about your issue. Have you tried to follow-up with that person?
(It sounds like they wanted you to install a Windows Service Pack. You downloaded it, but it sounds like it didn't install. If so, that will be a hard one for Logos because that isn't their product, it belongs to Microsoft, and Logos does not offer support for Microsoft products.)
Give us a bit more information.
