Does anyone know of a good resource that would give the contents of the Dead Sea Scroll fragment in canonical order ... something like the Dead Sea Scrolls Bible TOC with missing sections noted.
I'm probably misunderstanding, but doesn't the Logos DSS Biblical index volume do that?
MJ have you read this?
Yes but it is very tedious to discover what is missing ... but very easy to find what is present. Unfortunately, I need to know what is missing.
It may but its not a resource I own ... does it show me what is missing or would I have to calculate it out?
Due to the overlapping fragments, it's hard to say 'missing' (meaning from which mss). Here's a screen shot.

It's in The Dead Sea Scrolls & Modern Translations of the Old Testament, which you know already. Harold P. Scanlin
