That upgrade price is close to $25,000 in my local currency, so yeah, throwing in an acre or two would be a good deal

What country are you from?I live in St Lucia (in the Caribbean); we use the Eastern Caribbean dollar (XCD). We'd never get any real property for that amount these days. Everything here is now super-expensive, compared to when we first began work on our home (about 10 years ago). VAT (15%) was introduced a couple years ago and the pinch got even tighter.

I think there's a real falloff in value past Portfolio and whatever commentaries you want to add.
But then again, resources power a library. Sure beats having to hit a real library to look up things.

Negative. I only have two volumes of AYB, and my upgrade price is ~$3800. I suppose those two alone would add up pretty close to that, and I'd get nearly 750 additional resources beyond those sets.

L6 Collector's upgrade of $ 1,690.37 was less than dynamic pricing for 84 AYB volumes (plus added 592 other resources).
Average price of $ 2.50 per resource, which are visible in Library.
