My upgrade price is only $8,686.97 ... meh, I thought it'd be much more than that Seems like you should get the building, parking lot and a few acres of Bellingham, for just a little bit more. That upgrade price is close to $25,000 in my local currency, so yeah, throwing in an acre or two would be a good deal

haha! I'm not sure I could get a single lot for that amount where I live, much less one with electric, sewer, and a building. But then Florida is expensive.What country are you from?
I live in St Lucia (in the Caribbean); we use the Eastern Caribbean dollar (XCD). We'd never get any real property for that amount these days. Everything here is now super-expensive, compared to when we first began work on our home (about 10 years ago). VAT (15%) was introduced a couple years ago and the pinch got even tighter.
I do have ICC but not AYB.
I think there's a real falloff in value past Portfolio and whatever commentaries you want to add.
But then again, resources power a library. Sure beats having to hit a real library to look up things.
Negative. I only have two volumes of AYB, and my upgrade price is ~$3800. I suppose those two alone would add up pretty close to that, and I'd get nearly 750 additional resources beyond those sets.
I'm at 2300 or so William with almost a thousand other resources...I suspect the pricing on those two is substantially reduced.

L6 Collector's upgrade of $ 1,690.37 was less than dynamic pricing for 84 AYB volumes (plus added 592 other resources).
Average price of $ 2.50 per resource, which are visible in Library.
